Description

Fran Cavenaugh sees herself as a public servant rather than a politician, so she works hard to make sure the concerns of her constituents are heard. Fran is currently serving her fourth term in the Arkansas House of Representatives, as Vice-Chair of Joint Budget, Co-Chair of Joint Budget Special Language Subcommittee, and Co-Chair of ALC PEER Subcommittee among other roles. The most rewarding part for Fran is helping her constituents overcome issues and she takes it seriously.

Description

Public service is not necessarily about being a leader; it's about being a bridge. A bridge doesn't move on its own; it exists to connect two points. My goal is to serve our citizens by connecting them with the legislative body of the city. I'm honored to serve my community.
