YESSUHBMC is a food trailer and caterer that specializes in a variety of foods. Catch us for lunch for a handmade burger, fried wings, fresh salads, USA catfish on Fridays, and more. Wash it down with one of our made-in-house drinks. We also have our Twisted Jambalaya on Wednesdays and Cajun Salmon Bites on Thursdays that are preorder only. What an honor to be chosen by the people of NEA. Catering is a huge passion, and we can handle any size crowd, for any occasion. You might not know, we offer homemade plate lunches Monday- Friday for only $10, as well as prepared, take and bake meals for any size family. We have been really enjoying the addition of some monthly classes; cooking, cookie decorating, canning, DIY home essentials, etc. As always, we can't wait to feed y'all!
